Border Sun English Sparkling Cider

Made from a blend of four heritage cider apples varieties matured her in our orchard.  Border Sun is crafted over 2 years, to deliver the perfect blend of full bodied and balanced apple flavour, brought to life by just the right amount of effervescent bubbles.

It makes the perfect Summer drink, with just 10% ABV and pairs well with almost all foods, especially charcuterie and cheese.
